There are two types of stress.
If you keep a negative thought in your mind for more than 20 min. It causes mental or emotional stress in your life. According to scientists, sixty thousand thoughts per day come to your mind and it’s highly impossible for a normal person to manage it.
Your mind is a self-programmed device. It keeps all negative memories just to learn from mistakes but what we do is we learn setbacks and failure from them. Because your mind doesn’t keep the memorize as it is. Your mind uses its natural filters. It Deletes, Distort, and Generalizes every information which you receive from all your five senses (Eye, Nose, Ears, Skin, and tongue). These senses are your personal receptors and that is why you called this received information as Perception.
According to scientists, our mind can absorb 2,000,000 bits per sec of information from the outer reality of the world but after using its natural filters of Deletion, Distortion, and Generalization only 1,340,000 bits per sec of information go into our mind. Now, this information is not all the same as it was outside your mind. These processes of Deletion, Distortion, and Generalization occur according to your belief system, your experience of the past, and the programming of the mind which is done by society. Now you compare this information with your stored information and make your new perception for that particular event.
Most of your thoughts are repeated and negative. Mainly the nature of the thoughts is ANT (automated negative thought). These thoughts arise from your past experience and future expectations and become a part of your memory. At a subconscious level, they make you happy, anxious, or depressed. Most of these thoughts are in the form of some visuals like some movie or image or in the form of sounds or in the form of feelings. If I ask you to imagine the face of your mother or father while consciously reading this you can easily do it because at a subconscious level you already have the image of your parents. Now if I ask you to imagine and listen to how your father or boss shouts at you, you can easily hear those sounds as they are in your subconscious mind. Now if I ask you to imagine the feeling of your mother or wife or girlfriend hugging you then also you can easily feel so while consciously reading all this. This is because all the memories are there on your subconscious level.
If you want to experience it do a few steps loosen your spine, put down your shoulders and put your head down. Maintain this posture for 20 – 30 sec. Now, think of any pleasant and happy moment of your life. I can bet you no positive thoughts will come to your mind. Ok, now let’s do just the opposite of this, Keep your spine straight, wide-open your shoulder, lift up your chin 20-30 degrees as if you are looking at a wall clock or looking up in the sky. Now bring a beautiful smile to your face. Maintain this posture for 20- 30 sec. Now, think of any sad or negative moment of your life. I can bet you Can’t bring any negative thoughts to your mind.
See how your thoughts control your physiology, But by changing your physiology you can control your thoughts as well.

A phobia is a chronic, excessive, unrealistic fear of anything like any object, person, activity, animal, or situation. It is a type of anxiety disorder. A person with a phobia either tries to avoid the thing that aggravates the fear or tolerates it with anxiety and distress. There are many types of phobia that are unrealistic and never going to happen but still, your mind perceived it as a threat.
Anxiety is the result of both fear and phobia.
Fear is a rational relation with Situations. Whereas Phobia is irrational relation with situations and Anxiety is the result of both Fear & Phobia.
Your body is a vehicle and your mind is a driver of your life. There are 5 wheels that run your life. These wheels are responsible for your pain or pleasure. You have a current state of your physical health, mental/emotional health, financial health, relations, and your job or career. If you give a score from 0 to 10 you will find a score of your current state.
