Refund & Returns Policy

We strive to provide high-quality digital learning experiences through our online masterclasses, workshops, and coaching programs.
Since all our offerings are digital in nature, we have a specific refund and cancellation policy as described below.
1. Digital Products and Online Programs
All our programs—including masterclasses, workshops, recordings, and downloadable resources—are delivered digitally.
Once access is granted or the live session link is shared, the product/service is considered delivered.
Because digital access cannot be revoked, refunds are generally not provided once the service has started or content has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:
⚫ Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same product or service due to a technical error.
⚫ Transaction Failure: If the payment was made but access to the service was not provided due to a technical issue on our end.
⚫ Program Cancellation: If a live session or workshop is canceled by Mind Guru Amit and not rescheduled.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
⚫ You did not attend a live class, session, or workshop after successful registration.
⚫ You changed your mind after purchasing the course.
⚫ You did not use or complete the digital content provided.
⚫ Your access was revoked due to a violation of community or ethical guidelines.
4. Cancellation Policy
➡️ If you wish to cancel your registration before the program start date, you may request it by emailing us at support@mindguruamit.in
within 24 hours of payment.
➡️ Cancellations requested after the start of the program will not be eligible for a refund.
➡️ For subscriptions or multi-session packages, you may request to pause or transfer your enrollment to a future batch (at our discretion).
5. Refund Process
If your refund request meets the above conditions:

⚫ Your full name
⚫ Transaction ID / payment receipt
⚫ Reason for refund request
2. Our support team will review the request and respond within 3–5 working days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
